This week on Indiana Education Insight, Dr. J.T. Coopman was joined by Dr. Diana Whitlock, the Director of Research for Standard for Success.

Having served both as a teacher and principal in the state of Indiana, Dr. Whitlock has been able to provide some unique insights into her role as Director of Research.

Standard for Success is an educational software company that specializes in the management of teacher evaluations.

Dr. Whitlock has an interest in rural schools and poverty. These students have some unique issues that most students in Indiana don’t have. In fact, 20% of Indiana students live in rural poverty.
