Superintendent Leadership Excellence
Budget cuts and socioeconomic conditions require our Indiana public school superintendents to operate in an environment of rapid change and uncertainty. EPIC, an executive-level program led by experts from various areas, supports superintendents’ transformative leadership growth and helps them thrive in this new reality by fostering networking opportunities and promoting personal and professional well-being. Our presenters have a rich history of developing customized programming in which the participants can leverage the information and strategies shared to make progress toward addressing challenges in their districts.
